My name is Gary Summers and I am a founding partner of training4success.

I believe my mission in life is to help others and I feel that we can all learn something from every experience we have and from every person we meet.

I graduated in 1974 with an education degree and followed that with a Masters degree in physiology in 1978. I have also obtained a certification in hypnotherapy from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy in 1998. For the past 7 years, I have been a guest lecturer with the Division of LifeLong learning at Memorial University where I taught seminars in Stress and Personal Empowerment. Some of the clients I have worked with include: Revenue Canada, Memorial University, Dept of Human Resources, Br. T.I. Murphy Center, Assoc. of Fire Chiefs and others too numerous to mention. I am a professional magician and hypnotist and have developed a number of school programs that have been endorsed by the Dept. of Education such as: Discover the Magic within You – SAY NO TO DRUGS, where I use magic to teach our children about choices concerning smoking, drinking and drugs. I have also written a program called “LIFE SKILLS FOR STUDENTS” where I teach high school students strategies for success once they move beyond their high school years.

My name is Roger Barbour and I am a founding partner of training4success.

I love life and the whole learning experience. I am constantly looking for fresh ideas, and new smarter ways to approach life's challenges.

I graduated with a commerce degree in 1978, and since that time I have operated a number of companies, and have had many interesting marketing and business development roles.

During my career I have worked with Aliant, AT&T, M5 Marketing and Prime Communications. I have also operated my own marketing consulting company.

I have over 30 successful years of sales experience, receiving numerous awards for sales achievement.
I have taught courses in sales, telemarketing, customer service, and collections. I am also an active member of Toastmasters as the Vice President of Public Relations.

I have learned many things over the years, but I have gotten the most reward from passing on that knowledge to others.
